As you have provided your category as bc-b while registering for TS EAMCET 2021, you will get you seat accordingly to bc-b category even though your category is bc-d.
The difference between the cutoff ranks of bc-b and bc-d, do not differ much but even a slight increase in rank can affect your seat. You should avoid these mistakes especially when it comes to cast reservations.
