It matters when you get the admission. You must have the caste certificate in order to apply this quota. Which cste is applicable to you that depends upon the quota through which you are applying and where you are applying. If you are applying through bcd caste and if this quota is there at the place of your admission then you can apply through this bcd quota. So inshort your caste quota will be applicable as per the requirement of the institute or state in which you are applying for the admission.

It depends under which quota you want to take admission. 

If you are applying under AIQ for NEET counselling,  OC will be considered. But since you are bcd as per state quota, so you may opt for it in state counselling for medical colleges.
