Was there any problem you got because of difference on LC and Caste certificate? ?

No no there won't be any problem for you.If you have a valid caste certificate then you can easily apply regardless of the caste in your class 12 result.

If you have a valid caste certificate approved then you can apply based on that. Rest is not a problem.
