Hello,
Well my dear friend if you take my advice then I would suggest you to go for another attempt as you won't be able to get desired colleges at this percentile.
What you can do is just try to be relax and study hard this time and I hope you will pass next year exam with flying colors.
You will get colleges at this percentile which are not worth doing it so I will suggest you to work hard this time.
I hope things are pretty much clear to you now.
