Sorry,now correction is hard(not possible). Correction are acceptable till the correction period. When you register again for April jee than may be CBSE provide again correction time period.
Yes this case will affect your jee ranks.

Hii Varshitha, There is a correction date given after filling the form in which u can recorrect the entries which u have given in the form...If still there is a date u can correct it else there is no way after that...
