Based on the rank you scored and taking your category into consideration,the chances of getting ece are little low as the previous year cutoff was observed at a rank 23000 for Bc-A category. However you can keep options while choice filling as the cutoffs vary from year to year.But you can surely get mechanical/civil/EEE if you wish to opt.
