Hello,

To get into engineering colleges board marks is not enough. After 12th from any recognized board you need to clear WBJEE for state colleges, or JEE MAIN for all india colleges and then JEE ADV for IITs.

So as per your choices WBJEE,  JEE MAIN and JEE ADV should be your main priorities.

For mahatma gandhi mission engineering college the eligibility criteria is 45% in 10+2 examination from any recognized board and rank needed in UPSEE for btech.
