Hi Hrishikesh,
Sorry to say but your marks are too low for getting admission in government colleges of Assam
Because previous year cutoff for general category in Assam common entrance exam was 110 marks and in 2017 the cutoff for general category was 105 marks,if this fluctuates also it will hardly fluctuate for 5 to 10 marks therefore the probability of getting government colleges in Assam at 75 marks is very low in your case
