I am not seeing any cutoff regarding Biotechnology for admission in UBST . However , for Biochemical engineering the data is available. In 2017 the minimum rank was 12919 and in 2018 it was 9890. Since you have achieved a good rank, so it is likely you will get admission in UBST .
