I I would like you to follow the following steps categorically:

• Check to see if you have a proper and strong network connection. Chat bots sometimes tend to stop working when there is an unstable network connection. So check the same and try again.
• Check to see if you have disabled any features in your respective browser which sometimes causes the chat bots to be in a dormant stage where they do not work dynamically.
• If all the above steps do not satisfy your criteria then I suggest you report the matter to the support team of the chat bot with some screenshots if necessary.
