Hi,

The examination of tier 2 for 2018-19 of SSC CGL is already over. If you are talking about 2019-20 exam then you definitely are eligible for SSC CGL examination of 2019-2020 as you need to possess a graduation certificate though in some posts they require percentage score. Also you must be between the ages of 18 to 30 though there is some upper age relaxation for the reserved categories.
