2) Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore:-fees=3.72LPA

3) KLE technology university, hubli:-fees=3.43LPA

4) Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore:-fees=2.65LPA

As per my opinion banglore Institute of technology will be good for you not only in terms of fees but also in terms of placements. As they offer an avg placement package of 4.6LPA.
