According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, with a rank of 3800, you can get Computer science and engineering at Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, B.M.S. Institute of Technology and management, S.M.V.I.T., Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, The National Institute of engineering. You can also get Information Sciences at Bangalore Institute of technology. This prediction is completely based upon 2018 COMEDK cutoffs.
Please note that cutoffs can vary from year to year depending upon factors like number of seats available, number of students appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.

Hey Dhruv, with 3800 rank in COMEDK UGET, it is very difficult to get a seat in top 3 colleges of Banglore like MS RAMAIAH, BMS, PES, etc. But you can get admission in other colleges of banglore. I will prefer you with Computer science or Mechanical branch.
