You have high chances, but since your rank is good,i would advice you that you should first try in good Bangalore Colleges and also SJCE and NIE Mysore(since Mysore is near to Bangalore) for CSE/ISE branch especially because of location. You will get much more exposure and internships in Bangalore(since it is IT Hub) as compared to Hubli.

Considering your rank in COMEDK 2018, you seem to have a high chance for admission in BVB Hubli ( now called KLE institute of technology, hubli) in the CSE branch according to the Careers 360 College Predictor. You can expect to get this college and branch in the first round.
