With your rank of 29963, it may not be possible to get the top most branches in top most colleges but certainly you will have a seat in a good college.Technology Considering General merit cutoffs, according to 2018 cutoffs of COMEDK, in many top colleges too you can have a seat. You can get a seat in Biotechnology engineering at BMS College of Engineering,  Bangalore. You can also have a seat at Mechanical engineering at Bangalore Institute of Technology. You can get EEE at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. The above mentioned colleges are very good colleges of Bangalore. The cutoffs may a bit vary based on several factors so this is just to give you an idea.

 You can get into some of the middle ordered colleges of bangalore.

With 29963 rank you can expect NMIT, Acharya, Dayanand sagar academy of technical education, Alliance, BMC, NMAMIT, Presidency, Don bosco, etc etc etc.

You will get decent branch for sure but college will be average not the top ones.
