According to the ranking I believe that this score will come under 80's ,but you can check  till the last counselling round,You can try for some private good institutions near you.

As per previous year trend...with the rank of  29963 in COMEDK ..your mark will below 80 ..and with these rank ..I m Sorry to say but you..not able to get top medical colleges in karnataka....
In  comedk medical colleges in Karnataka there three types of quota ..by which admission are allotment ..but fees structure by in these three quota are vary..
1.. Government quota
2.. NRI quota
3 .. Management quota..
There are some college where you can try ...and also wait for till last round of counselling...
