Since you are from a reserved category (obc),so you can appear for your councelling on the basis of your category merit rank. Yes you do have chances of getting into any of the nift centres. I hope you have already registered for the councelling as the deadline is over. You can also try your luck in the second and third round of councelling,you might land up in a better niFt centre with a desired course.
