Hi there.

The cut off patterns vary every year depending on the number of candidates writing the examination, difficulty level of question paper etc. hence predicting a safe score for securing admission is tough but looking at the previous year cut offs you might get an idea of the safe score you need to get into AIIMS.

It is difficult to predict the cutoff for 2020 as the cutoff vary every year depending on various factors like the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appeared in the exam, availability of seats, etc.
However, AIIMS MBBS 2018 Counselling merit percentile for General category was 99.5794948. And, for AIIMS New Delhi you should get the rank under 50 for admission.
AIIMS New Delhi is one of the top medical college and you need to work hard and score good marks to get admission there.
