According to your rank and as per previous years' rank vs departments..it seems unlikely for you to get CSE DEPARTMENT or EE DEPARTMENT for that matter.

However you if you think of getting into NIT KURUKSHETRA..you can get Production Engineering as it seems likely right now.

However you can wait up till the spot round and maybe you can get the seat if you're lucky
