Based on your category rank,  you will definitely  get a seat in the IIT'S  or  NIT'S .

since each IIT and not also have different cutoffs,  you might not get top branches like car in every college, but you are sure to get a seat any most of the other branches.

Accorging to previous year's counselling trends and with your category rank of 10k, you can surely get into any new NITs or IIITs. But it is hard to get top branches.
