Considering your case you would be of 36 years by the time you fill your form as your birthday is in 6 month i.e. June and Upsc's application form gets out in the 2 month of the year i.e. February hence you will only be eligible for upsc if you belong to

• SC/ST caste or
• An Ex-servicemen including Commissioned Officers (CO) and ECOs/ SSCOs who will render at least five years Military Service as of August 1, 2021, and have been released

as these two get a relaxation of 5 years.
