According to the Guidelines issued by NTA,the eligibility criteria for a candidate to appear for NEET 2021 is that the candidate should not be less than 17 years as on 31sth december 2021 and the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized institute.So according to your date of birth you will complete your 17 year on 7 july 2021.So yes you are eligible to give NEET 2021.
