This is because,

To be eligible for 2nd nda examination 2021, you should have born between January 2, 2003, to January 1, 2006 and you fail to  fulfill this criteria with your date of birth on 20th October 2001

NDA eligibility criteria says that:-

* For army , candidates with educational  qualification of 10 + 2 in any stream  are eligible. To be eligible for NDA examination for Navy and Air force, only candidates having educational  qualification of 10 + 2 with Physics and Maths are  eligible.

*one must be  in the age group of 16.5 to 19.5 years old to be eligible.

* one must be Indian to be eligible .

* Only male candidates are eligible and the candidate must be unmarried .
