No you would not be eligible for neet examination 2022. This is because according to the minimum age requirement setup by the national testing agency candidate needs to age at least 17 years by the end of the year to be eligible for the examination. But if we go along the date mention by you you would be only 16 years of age by the end of 2023 hence you would not be able to write the e xamination.
