Hello aspirant

Age limit for SSC MTS entrance exam is between 18years to 25years.
Application form will release on 2nd February 2021 and the last date for submission of form is 18th March 2021.
As you won't complete 18years at the time of application which will be released for 2021 you are not eligible for this year.
You can apply in the next year 2022.
