According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated was AIR 1353(UR) at  AIIMS Mangalagiri which clearly tells you the whole scenerio as your daughter's rank is 1252 so, she can absolutely get a seat in AIIMS. And this year, new 6 AIIMS have been introduced and number of seats are increased for each categories which also increases the chance of getting seat in AIIMS with 1252 AIR.
