Hello sir.
Good to know about your concern for your daughter.
I would like you to know that as of now, as per National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, 15% seats of every medical college is for all India quota and rest of the 85% seats are under state quota. So is applicable in UP as well.

yes there are 85% govt mbbs seats reserved for UP student. if u have done 10th or 12th from there.
