As your daughter has completed her 10th in Hyderabad whereas inter in Vijayawada ,it actually doesn't matter where she has completed her studies ,what matters is you residential proof either on aadhar card or ration card stating it .If your permanent address is in Telangana in the residential proof then you're local to Telangana.And hence ,you can apply the same for eamcet .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
