My daughter studied nuresry to second in telanagana and 9 th to 12 ..Rest of the period she studied in tamilnadu..Is she local or non local

Hello Chebulu,
You will be considered as local if you have domicile certificate of that particular state. However, few state consider some candidates as local students if they have obtained 10+2 from their state. You can check this information from residential eligibility criteria.
In case of tamil nadu, She will not be considered as local if you don't have domicile certificate.

She wpuld be cinsidered  local as she has not been staying majorly in Tamil nadu and after 2014 she has moved to Tamil nadu from Teleangana state.
