Greetings Guardian !
A rank of 223 in an exam as JIPMER 2019 is really commendable and worth praising, but as far as the cutoff ranks of JIPMER are concerned, I am sorry to say but if you belong to the UR Category, then procuring a seat in JIPMER wouldn't be possible at all.
As far as the stats of previous years are concerned, the closing rank for the UR seemed to stay at 156 in 2018 and 112 in 2017.
Considering these with that of your daughter's rank, she seems to fall behind a bit.
However, it you do have a reservation, things might get a bit easier.
