A score of 230 marks in BITSAT 2021 is a bit low score to get into top BE courses. If a candidate wants to get into top BE branches like Computer Science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering then they need to score more than 340 marks to get into any of the BITS campuses with these branches.

With your score you can get B.Pharm in BITS Pilani and BITS Hyderabad campus. According to previous year's cutoffs, the cutoff marks for B. Pharma in BITS Pilani campus was 203 marks and for Hyderabad campus it was 161 marks. Hence you can get only into B. Pharma with your scores.

If you are not interested in B. Pharma and as admissions in BITS is done only with BITSAT scores, I suggest you to try for other colleges with required entrance exams.
