Technical entry scheme (TES) usually requires candidates to be between 16.5 to 19.5 years old at that time joining. So, according to your date of birth you will be 19 years old in July 2027. Therefore, you are eligible for TES 2027 but you must have passed plus two by meeting minimum qualifying marks for PCM. You must also qualify JEE and medical fitness standards.
