As you have mentioned above your Date of Birth is 13/2/2006.According to this you will attain the age of 17+ in 2023 at the time NEET examination is held And I would like to inform you that to appear in NEET examination a candidate must attain the minimum age of 17 before 31st December of that year . It indicates that definitely you will be eligible in 2023 to appear in NEET examination .

Yes, you will be eligible for NEET 2023. THhe eligibility criteria for NEET states that candidates need to complete at least 17 years of age as on December 31 of that respective year.
