Yes, you can apply for ICAR All India Entrance Examination (AIEEA) in 2021! The Minimum Age Eligibility Criteria is that the student must be 16 years as on 31st August, 2020. So, you are eligible age wise. For Educational Qualification, you must have passed 10 +2 from any recognised Education Board with 50% aggregate for General, OBC, UPC and 40% aggregate for SC, ST and PWD students!
