Hello there,
The eligibility criteria of NEET states that the candidate should be atleast 17years as on 31st December 2023 (the year in which you will appear for the exam). According to the information provided by you, it fulfills the eligibility criteria. Hence, you are eligible for NEET 2023.

NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) entrance exam is conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS in government and private colleges in India. The minimum age limit is 17 years on December 31, 2023 in order to appear for NEET 2023. Yes you are eligible to appear for NEET 2023.
