Hey aspirant

Yes you are eligible

Candidates who are ineligible will not be permitted to take the NEET examination. Age limit: A candidate must be 17 years old on or before December 31, 2023. The maximum age for candidates in the General category is 25 years, and the maximum age for candidates in the OBC/SC/ST categories is 30 years.

Hope you are doing well. See, I'll firstly mention   the NEET eligibility criterion for NEET below :

NEET age limit: Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2023.

As you mentioned that your D.O.B. is 25/7/2006 ,you'll turn 17 years old on 25/7/2023 so you are absolutely eligible for appearing in NEET-UG-2023.
