First,the exam name is not UPSC IAS ,it is UPSC Civil Service Examination.

Various services like Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service,Indian Foreign Service,Indian Revenue Service come under Union Public Service Commission.

Of course you are eligible to give UPSC CSE in 2025.

In order to appear for UPSC CSE ,candidate need to attain 21 years on 1st August,2025(or you can say the year when you appear for CSE Mains).

You also need to fulfill some other criteria which are mentioned below-

i. Must be a citizen of India.
ii.Must have done graduation in any course/stream from a recognised university.
