According to the guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the minimum age to sit for the 10th board exam is 14 years old as of the 31st of December of the examination year. They will use an affidavit provided at the time of 9th class registeration to verify your age.  Although it should be noted that one shouldn't be under the age of 14.5 years. So, in your case you will be eligible for giving board exam in the academic year 2022-2023 . It also depends on at which year you got admission in the school and also if you passed your classes without any gap year.
