Yoj have already passed it bit didn't get passing certificate  you must get it changed before passing certificate is issued .

You may face multiple issues in future , date of birth is the important information used in various job applications , entrance exam etc.

For example  minimum age for applying Neet is 17 years so if any one has wrong entry of date of birth showing 16 years then that candidate won't be allowed to sit for neet.

Hence apply for making changes as soon as possible
