As you have mentioned that your qualifications has been interchanged during filling a form. See, this is a blunder for sure as now in case if you get selected then definitely you need to study the same course again if you have already studied.

Since you have the form for further studies with the necessary details and the id proofs so it is quite hard to fill another form with the same details as you might get warned and further not allowed to fill again. So it is better to wait until the notification for changing comes.

See, if it comes then you are free to edit if not then try next time.
