I understand that somehow your email id has been compromised due to some unethical hacking for which you have become a victim of the same and thus you cannot access your candidate details for NEET and so to answer your question firstly you need to close the account that has been hacked by following the required methodology issued by the social handle through which used to handle used email and then you need to register yourself for a new email id and get yourself issued the same. once you have a new email id you are requested to address this matter to the competent authorities of the neet examination via mail or through post while mentioning the necessary details associated with your candidature and also request them to enroll a new email id against your candidature so that you can continue your further proceedings through the same and also you need to validate the same by providing necessary details and for that softcopy documentation that is required for them to to proceed further. also do request them for an expedited solution for the same so that you can continue using your account at the earliest.

if you're registered email id of neet pg 2020 has been hacked then  you can only get the information about admit card or other information on your registered mobile number.
