Your details must be as per class 10th certificate. The details which are in your class 10 certificate are considered and if the name does not match or if the name is not according to the class 10 certificate in any other document then you need to get an affidavit stating that both the names belong to your father or if there is any spelling mistake then you need to mention the correct spelling in the affidavit and you need to provide the affidavit at the time of counselling if not your candidature may get cancelled.
