As it was issued on 20/11/2020 with the credentials of 2019-20 then your EWS certificate was valid for the fiscal year 2020-21 ie., it lost it validity in March,2021. You may apply for renewal of the EWS certificate by filling up the appropriate procedure as instructed by the local administrative authority.
