Usually it is not possible to change exam centre once it is allocated, but due to the current situation of 2020, provisions have been made to change exam centre under difficult circumstances.
Kindly follow the following steps :-

Sorry to say but I do not think there is any possibility to change your examination centre for such a prestigious exam after the final submission. But you check their official site once again. As they already give options to choose the location that the student is comfortable with. I know it is a unfortunate situation but I would suggest if you can stay somewhere nearby the examination centre with your guardian till the examination then that could be a possible situation for you.

Yes , you can change the center . The National Testing Agency (NTA) has allowed candidates to make corrections in their particulars and choice of centre cities in the online application form of Joint Entrance Exam Main, or JEE Main 2020.
Steps to change the JEE center :
1. Go to the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in)
2. Click on the application form correction link.
3. Candidates will have to enter their JEEAdvanced /mains application form number and password.
4. Click on 'Sign In'
5. Go to 'Correction in Application Form'
6. The candidates had to select their new preferred cities.
7. Candidates had to click on all of the particulars and 'I agree'.
8. The final submission had to be done.
