A particular person can have PWD reservation if he/she is physically disable.
and if you are talking about eyesight then if you have very low eyesight and blindness then you can come under PWD category.
Else if you have different eyesights for your both the eyes then at some extent it may be considered as physical disability so you should consult your doctor, and should ask them that is it very low eyesight if yes then you can have benefit under PWD category else you are not eligible.
