The eligibility conditions for the EWS certificate is provided below:

The annual income of the family must not exceed Rs. 8 lacs.
The family doesn't posses 5 acres of agricultural land and above
The family doesn't posses Residential flat of 1000 sq.ft and above
The family doesn't posses residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified Municipalities
The family doesn't posses residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above anywhere other than the notified Municipalities
