It will depend upon the specific IIIT in which you are going. So check the fee waiver criteria of that specific college and confirm it.
Because some college doesn't provide the fee concession.

Yes, you will definitely  get  scholarship there if your father's income is less than 1 lac INR per annum. The document you have to submit and i.e must for it is your father's income certificate . If you don't have that then you should apply for it  . You can apply for it online or tehsil near you.
