my father's name in 10 marksheet is Nutan sahu and in 12 it is Nutan lal sahu.Will it caise any problem in my NEET exam?suggest me any advice.

There will be not any issue. Because the First and Last names of your father are the same in both 10th and 12th certificates and it is just that in the 12th the middle name is shown. This is absolutely ok. Few Boards do not ask for Middle name because in India it is common to have a first and a last  name. Middle name is not quite common. So if your 12th certificate has your father's middle name, it is still fine. Both are valid and you will not face any issues during the counselling or document verification.
