Generally, it does not create any problem in admissions and other related procedures as the names on more than one document is exactly the same. However, the name in Income certificate has to be right as that is checked based on the father's name only. So, to answer your question It will not create any problem in a general case, however, prevention is better than cure. So, if possible, you should get it changed to the name as in other documents. This won't create a huge problem but the fact that is different might lead to some extra questions asked, So I would suggest you change that name also, if possible.
