Go to bsc and msc

Both paths are equally good if you have good basic knowledge and can retain more information.

If you want to do research in the chemistry subject then i will recommend you to go for BSc. in chemistry and after it MSc in that field from colleges like IITs.
But if you want to do engineering then also you can choose chemical engineering branch as it is a branch with good placement record.
